I have been playing Brawl Stars on an Android device in Germany, and my account has been blocked for a very long time. When I try to log in, the game shows the message that my account is blocked and that I should contact support to restore the account. This situation has existed from 2020 until 2026, and during this entire period, I have not been able to access my account. I tried to follow the instructions in the message and contact support, but the link provided does not open for me, so I am not able to submit a regular support request from within the game. Because of this, I have had no chance to clarify the reason for the block or to defend myself if there was a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my blocked Brawl Stars account be fully unbanned and restored, or that I am at least given a working way to contact support so that my case can be reviewed in detail and I can regain access to my account.
