Roborock Vacuum Oxidation Issue Not Covered Under Warranty
I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada / D-Market Elektronik in Turkey. After a period of normal use, oxidation developed on the device, which led first to a wheel jam error and then to a system error warning. I have been experiencing this issue for about a week, and the device is currently not functioning properly.
This problem clearly did not result from any misuse on my part, yet I have been informed that the repair will be handled warranty coverage and treated as a paid service. When I contacted customer support, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation, and it felt like there was little effort to assist or resolve the issue properly.
It is unacceptable that a problem caused by oxidation—likely related to product quality or manufacturing—is being treated as a user-caused issue. I believe this should be covered under warranty.
I request that my Roborock Q8 Max Pro be repaired free of charge under warranty and that the oxidation-related wheel jam and system error be properly recognized as a product defect. I ask for this situation to be re-evaluated and for my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
