My stove's glass surface broke and I was really shocked. I'm so glad I had my back turned to it. I can't even imagine what would've happened next, you know? They said that even though the warranty has expired, experts would come to my house and fix it for a fee. I want to know if this incident happened because of a problem with the gas or the stove. What would have happened to my health if those flying shards had hit me in the face? This is really not a typical situation. People from the gas company came and shut off the gas. Who will pay for my losses? This is a really serious situation. I'm going to file a complaint against Bosch with the relevant authorities because they didn't help me.

I was called by a Bosch representative, and they asked for a fee again to open a service record. This is unbelievable. I can't say anything else. Then the representative said they would open a service record for free just this once. I will not let this go until the end.

The service came and took pictures of my stove, saying there was damage. I never caused any damage; they tried to blame me by claiming the damage occurred during the explosion. This is also interesting. I am standing behind this case until the end, and I will strive until my loss is compensated as quickly as possible. Human life should not be this trivial.

Due to this situation, the gas company completely shut off the gas to my house, so I can't cook, heat my home, or use hot water. I want my damages to be compensated as soon as possible. Additionally, despite being advertised as available 24/7, I can't reach customer representatives at the call center no matter how many times I call. After the authorized service came and left, I can't get through to them for some reason. This level of victimization is unacceptable. This is not fitting for the Bosch brand, truly.
