Imagine buying a nice Bosch stove only to find it's continually broken. Its stunning look and top-notch reputation sold me. I had no idea my excitement would be shattered. The cooktop started malfunctioning after we installed it. The burners stopped operating suddenly, and the control panel was unresponsive. I was frightened, so I went to the Bosch service center. Then followed the endless frustration.I had four or five service visits over a few months, but none of the professionals could find out the problem. So frustrating! Ugh, they failed to fix it. I'm done. After several failed attempts, a tech guy found the problem. They said the gas tube head was causing burner issues. When they replaced the defective component, I was hopeful and couldn't wait for a working stove! Replacing that gas tube head wasted my time. The cooktop's issues persist despite the technician's claims. Burners and control panel continued to malfunction. That sucked. I'm dejected.
