Bosch Air Conditioner Delayed Installation Became Tiresome

I can't believe the headache I'm going through with Media Markt after buying an We purchased an 18,000 BTU air conditioner from the Media Markt store. It's been 15 days since the purchase. When I called customer service, they keep giving me the runaround, saying "Today, tomorrow," and constantly avoiding addressing the issue. I'm fed up with their irresponsible customer service. I'll return it tomorrow, they're making a mockery of customers. I wish I had bought a second-hand one, at least I would still have my money. It should be installed immediately, at least stop playing these "today, tomorrow" games.
