Someone Charged 21,000₺ and 35,000₺ from My İş Bankası Card at Booking.com Without My Approval
On May 30, 2025, I received an SMS notifying me that about 21,000₺ and 35,000₺ were withdrawn from my İş Bankası card for a hotel booking in Amsterdam via Booking.com. These charges were made without my knowledge or consent. I immediately blocked my card and filed a dispute for unauthorized transactions. This situation has caused me great distress, and I urgently demand that my case be resolved and the charges reversed. Booking.com and İş Bankası must take responsibility and address this fraud promptly. I expect a quick and clear solution to this serious issue.
