Unauthorized Transaction Made By Booking.com On My Credit Card

On December 31, 2024, an unauthorized charge of ₺60,205.30 appeared on my İş Bankası credit card from Booking.com for a hotel in Amsterdam. I have not made any reservations through Booking.com, nor have I shared my card details with anyone. My card is still in my possession. I immediately canceled the card and filed an objection regarding this transaction. This charge was not made by me, and I am requesting a full refund for this amount. Please investigate this matter thoroughly and resolve it as soon as possible.
