Unauthorized Charge on Booking.com Reservation - Refund Request

On January 14, 2025, at 4:47 PM, an unauthorized charge of ₺8,173.45 was made to my credit card (account number ending in 540668123248*), under the name Hotel at Booking.com Amsterdam. This transaction occurred without my consent or knowledge, and I was not involved in making this reservation or approving this payment.

I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the unauthorized amount. It is unacceptable for such transactions to occur without explicit approval. Additionally, I urge Booking.com to improve their payment security measures to prevent similar incidents from happening to other users. Please address this issue promptly and confirm the refund as soon as possible.
