I was Deceived by 'Üsküp 387 Rent A Car' Through Booking

We rented a car from a company called 'Üsküp 387 Rent A Car' through Booking.com. Today, they picked us up from the airport and took us to the office, even though the procedures were supposed to be done there and the car was delivered there. Although there was no additional request from us at the office, they asked us for an additional €560, even though the €240 car rental fee was deducted from my card through Booking. We took permission and called all the other companies outside and they said there was no such payment. I did not take delivery of the car to avoid paying €560. They said you will lose your money in Booking. I have been trying to reach Booking for 12 hours to cancel the reservation, but unfortunately, I cannot reach them. Do not to use the Booking application and those who will come to Skopje should run away as soon as they hear the name of 'Üsküp 387 Rent A Car', they are fraudsters. Then we came back to the airport and rented a car from here for 300 euros. So €560 is a scam.
