With reservation number 782160444, I booked a car rental at Podgorica Airport, Montenegro, through Booking.com, choosing the full insurance (full kasko) coverage sold by Booking and rented via Alamo. Upon returning the vehicle, the rental company deducted €84.7 from my deposit for scratch damages shown in photos. When I explained I purchased full insurance through Booking, they told me to contact Booking for reimbursement. Checking with Booking, I was directed to RentalCover, the insurance provider, and advised to contact them. I started emailing RentalCover but received no response. Booking then said the matter wasn’t their responsibility and the investigation would take 15-20 days. I paid roughly ₺5,000 for full coverage through Booking and now face extra charges. It’s been a month with no progress. I urge Booking to manage and expedite this process since they sold me this insurance. I demand my refund immediately before the issue is ignored and closed.
