Booking.com Took My PayPal Payment but the Hotel Never Received It

On October 3, 2025, I paid for a hotel reservation through Booking.com (Reservation No: 5130****77) using PayPal. However, when I arrived to check in, the hotel informed me that they had not received any payment, and I was unable to stay there. On October 4, 2025, I initiated a refund request. When I spoke with Booking customer service, I was told that there was a system issue and that I needed to wait 50 days for the refund. However, even after 50 days passed, no refund was issued, and when I contacted them again, I received no response.

Although I paid a total of $200, it has now been two months and I still have not received my refund. I urgently request that the payment be refunded to my PayPal account.
