I Didn't Receive My Refund from Booking.com After Canceling City Park Hotel Reservation

I made a reservation with a cancellation and refund guarantee at the City Park Hotel in Skopje, Macedonia, through Booking.com and paid the full amount upfront. Just ten minutes later, I decided to cancel the reservation. My confirmation number is 4896462237. I was told that my refund of ₺2,912.93 would be processed within two weeks. However, it's been over that period, and I still haven't received my money back. I've tried reaching out to Booking.com multiple times, but I can't get in touch with anyone. There seems to be no one to address my concerns, and customer service is not responding to my messages. I feel extremely frustrated and neglected. I just want the refund that was promised to me.
