Booking.com - Misleading Photos, Aggressive Staff, No Refund
On March 18, 2024, I booked a hotel in Skopje, Macedonia through Booking.com. I trusted the hotel's photos and reviews, but when I arrived, I was given a completely different room called Calla Bella which was under renovation.
The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the staff was aggressive towards me. They tried to push me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police.
I paid over ₺7,000 for this reservation, but I received no service. Booking.com was of no help.
If I do not receive a refund, I will report this to the prosecutor's office. I did not receive the service I paid for, and I was misled and victimized.
I am expecting assistance from Booking.com.
There are multiple renovation pictures, the place is in a terrible state, I want my money back.
