Booking.com - Misleading Photos, Aggressive Staff, No Refund

On March 18, 2024, I booked a hotel in Skopje, Macedonia through Booking.com. I trusted the hotel's photos and reviews, ...but when I arrived, I was given a completely different room called Calla Bella which was under renovation. The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the staff was aggressive
