I Canceled My Booking.com Airport Transfer but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I booked an airport-to-hotel transfer through Booking.com, but my travel plans changed, so I canceled the reservation. At the time of cancellation, I was informed that I would receive a full refund within 7 business days.
It’s now been over two weeks, and the refund still hasn’t been issued. I contacted customer service twice, and each time I received the same vague response: “We’ve forwarded your request to the finance department and are awaiting a response.” That’s it—no updates, no timeline, no confirmation of when I’ll get my money back.
This delay is unacceptable. I followed all the cancellation terms properly and was promised a full refund. I’m asking Booking.com to resolve this issue urgently and process my refund immediately. I won’t wait any longer—this needs to be handled now.
