Booking.com Scam Alert - Fake Listing, No Refund

Good day. I booked accommodation on Booking.com for 2 nights, from the 29th to the 31st of December 2023. Payment was made, and the confirmation number is 4050562875 with PIN 2511 at Kronen Close. Upon arriving at the property, I was disappointed to find out that this accommodation did not exist. I contacted Booking.com, who promised to cover the extra cost involved in my alternative accommodation, which I found with great difficulty, but they never did. A company like Booking.com being involved in scams is unacceptable.
