On May 4, 2025, I made a reservation through the Booking.com app at Central Place Close to the Beach ac Air, wı Fl, Parking. After my stay, I submitted a review. However, I noticed a serious issue: my review does not appear in my personal review history, but it was published under the hotel’s general reviews section.
The problem is that the photo I attached to my review contains personal information, which exposes both myself and the property owner to potential harm. This raises serious concerns about data protection and privacy.
To resolve this, I contacted Booking.com customer service six days ago, providing all the necessary details and requesting that the review either be corrected or removed. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance since then.

I urgently request that Booking.com modify the content of my review to remove personal details, or completely delete the review if changes are not possible. I also expect a prompt explanation of why my support request has been ignored for almost a week. Customers should not have to wait indefinitely when their personal data security is at risk.
