Booking.com Leaves Me Without My Confirmation

I haven’t received a confirmation email for the booking I made on either 31st October or 1st November 2025. The dates of the stay are from 13th April to 17th April 2026, and the booking is for Hebden Bridge Riverside Cottage. My name is Catherine M*** (cath.m***@hotmail.co.uk 07789550***). I have paid via my credit card and the payment has been processed. My complaint is that it has taken me several days to find this portal just to request an email receipt, and the phone numbers you have shared with your customers do not work. There is no easy way to contact you, and it has been frustrating trying to find a simple way to get the booking confirmation.
