Booking.com Reservation Not Confirmed: Caravella Beirut Booking Missing

I recently tried to book a four-night stay at Caravella Beirut in Mansourieh, Lebanon, through Booking.com. My planned check-in date is 10 August and the stay was supposed to be between 10 and 16 August. During the booking process, after I completed the steps, the app showed a message saying that the internet connection was lost and that I should check my email. However, I did not receive any confirmation email from Booking.com, and there is no reservation number or visible booking in my account. The app also does not allow screenshots, so I was unable to capture the error message. I am currently left in an uncertain situation because I do not know whether my booking has gone through or not, and my stay is approaching. I kindly request that you urgently check whether there is any reservation created under my details for Caravella Beirut between 10 and 16 August, and if so, send me the official confirmation by email. If no reservation exists, I would like to be clearly informed so that I can make alternative arrangements without risk of double booking or last-minute problems. I expect a prompt clarification and, if a reservation exists, immediate sending of the confirmation email so that I can be sure of my accommodation plans.
