Booking.com Reservation at En Kaya Cyprus Hotel Canceled, Payment Not Refunded
I booked a reservation at En Kaya Cyprus Hotel through Booking.com and made the full payment in advance. However, the hotel canceled my reservation, claiming they don't accept prepayments. Despite the cancellation, the payment has not been refunded to my account.
I have attempted to contact Booking.com regarding this issue but have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. It feels as though both the hotel and Booking.com are withholding my money without justification. This experience is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund of the payment made for the canceled reservation. Booking.com and the hotel must address this issue promptly and ensure no further inconvenience to their customers.
