Booking.com Hotel Deposit Not Refunded – No Support After 3 Weeks

I booked a hotel in Bangkok through Booking.com, and upon check-in, the hotel charged me a deposit, promising to refund it after checkout. However, it has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund. I reached out to the hotel, but they are completely ignoring my requests. I trusted Booking.com’s reputation when choosing this hotel, but now I’m left without my money. Booking.com, you need to step in and resolve this! If hotels listed on your platform fail to honor their refund policies, it’s your responsibility to hold them accountable. I demand immediate action—either my deposit gets refunded, or I will rethink using Booking.com for future reservations.
