Booking.com Refund Request - Unable to Access Lefteris Apartment Due to Wildfire
We have a reservation at Lefteris Apartment on Kos Island, Greece, with reservation number 4590929959. Due to a wildfire in the Kardamaina area on July 1, the hotel and the area were completely evacuated, and we were unable to check in.
We contacted the hotel, and they informed us that a refund could be processed through Booking.com. I reported this issue through the app, but I haven’t received any response. There is no option for cancellation or refund in the app. Therefore, I am writing via email to address this issue. We paid €163.50 for the reservation. We urgently request a resolution and an immediate refund.
