I Need Exact Delivery Date

I placed an order on Amazon on 5 September 2026 for a Craftmade 48" War Planes Tiger Shark Indoor Hugger/Flushmount Youth Ceiling Fan in Custom Warbird Black/Tiger Shark Red Finish with an integrated non‑dimmable LED light kit (Order #112-7718623-7900202). At the time of purchase, the information on the site stated that the item would be delivered after 10 working days, around 19 September. However, instead of receiving the product, the order page has been showing the message “We're working to confirm a delivery date for your order and we'll notify you as soon as we have one. If you need to, you can manage your order using the options below” and no clear delivery date has been provided. This situation is causing inconvenience because I planned to install this ceiling fan and was relying on the original delivery timeframe. I request that Amazon arrange a faster and definite delivery of this item as soon as possible, or otherwise take the necessary steps so that I am not left waiting indefinitely without a clear delivery date.
