Big Disappointment About Bosch Service

I own a Bosch SMS 43d08tr/41 dishwasher and I recently requested a change of the front panel in Kocaeli, Turkey, because the color on the stainless steel front has started to fade and this has become a chronic problem in my view. When I contacted Bosch service yesterday for this specific issue, they informed me of a price of ₺3,800 just to replace the front panel. I find this price incredibly high for a front panel that is discolored, and I do not think it is a fair or reasonable cost for such a problem. Since this is a cosmetic and chronic issue with the panel color, I expect Bosch to offer a normal, more reasonable price or a goodwill solution for the replacement. I also have photographs showing the current condition of the front and control panel. I kindly request that the cost of changing this front panel be reviewed and reduced to a fair level, and that a customer‑oriented solution be provided in my case.
