Booking.com Refund Delayed After London Hotel Cancellation – Still Waiting After a Month

I booked a hotel in London through Booking.com but canceled it within 10 minutes due to its poor location. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 5-15 business days. However, even after a month, I still have not received my refund.
I contacted customer service, provided all the required documents as requested, but have not received any updates or resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expected better from Booking.com and demand my refund without further delays.
