Booking.com Canceled My London Reservation but Won’t Refund My Payment

I booked an apartment in London for 4 nights through Booking.com in February 2024. However, Booking.com canceled my reservation, and even though an entire year has passed, I still have not received my refund!
We provided all necessary proof, including a full year of credit card statements, but despite this, our money has not been returned. Booking.com has been holding our payment for a year, and after dozens of phone calls, we still have no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. Booking.com, return my money immediately! I will escalate this issue further if my refund is not processed right away.

There has been no progress, it's been 3 days and no one has called or written. booking.com is currently holding money that they have no right to.
