Booking.com Payment Issues Without Confirmation
On July 22, 2024, I made a payment of ₺42,926.99 via VakıfBank for a reservation at Eldar Resort Hotel Göynük through Booking.com, under the name Milena Konczak. However, no reservation confirmation was provided, and there is no record of this booking in either the hotel or Booking.com systems.
Since the payment was made without an actual reservation and was incorrectly charged, I request an immediate refund of the amount paid. Please review the attached payment proof and process the refund as quickly as possible. Note: This experience has been extremely disappointing.
