Booking.com Reservation Refund Remains Unpaid Weeks After Cancellation

I made a reservation through Booking.com for the property “House Property Albana Sosa,” located at C. de la Concepción 21, under booking code 665PA8X. I canceled my reservation and checked out on May 18, 2026. According to the booking terms, I was supposed to receive a refund of €1,240.

However, despite more than 21 days having passed since the cancellation, the refund has still not been returned to me. The amount remains outstanding, and I have not received any clear explanation regarding the delay.

I have attempted to contact the property directly to obtain information about my refund, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and the continued withholding of my money without any updates has caused significant frustration and concern.

I respectfully request that the full refund of €1,240 related to this reservation be processed and paid to me as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing once the refund has been completed and to receive a clear explanation regarding the delay in processing my payment.
