Booking.com Failed to Process My GoStops Kasol Booking After Payment

On 12 April, I tried to book a hotel stay at GoStops Kasol through Booking.com, paying the amount of ₹3,699 via Paytm. The money was debited from my Paytm account, but no booking was created on Booking.com, and I did not receive any valid confirmation. Since then, it has been around 25 days, and my issue is still not resolved. There is no working customer support reachable from India; the numbers provided are outside India, and I have not been able to connect with Booking.com at all. I have a payment receipt from Paytm that clearly shows the transaction for this failed booking. Because I have paid for a service that I never received, I request a full refund of ₹3,699 to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I am ready to share the payment receipt and any transaction details needed so that this refund can be processed without further delay.
