Between April 12-16, 2025, I booked a stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only through Booking.com. The price displayed throughout the booking process was completely different from the final amount charged to my card. At the very last step, extra taxes and fees were added, which were already included in the price on other booking platforms.
This is misleading pricing, and I demand a refund so I can book through another service. If my money is not refunded, I will be filing complaints everywhere. I expect Booking.com to take responsibility for this pricing discrepancy and process my refund immediately!
