Booking.com Never Refunded My Cancelled Hotel Reservation

On March 3, 2026, I made a reservation through Booking.com for Extended Stay America in Orlando, Florida, and on the same day I had to cancel because the hotel conditions were completely unacceptable. The room smelled very bad, the refrigerator did not work properly, the entire floor had a strong burnt oil smell, and the place was clearly not clean. The furniture looked extremely old, scratched and dirty, as if it had been taken from the street, the shower was dirty, the bed was in bad condition, and the floors were also in poor condition. Because of all this, it was not proper or safe for us to stay there, so we canceled the reservation the same day. My reservation details are as follows: Confirmation number 6207 00 597640241-297, PIN 634792043, and checking number 16765485230. Despite canceling on the same day due to the condition of the hotel, I was charged 339.15 USD to my TD Bank account with the description “INTL DDA PUR AP PERTNERS ON BOOKING BV AMSTERDAM NLD,” and I have not received any refund. This means that from March 3, 2026 until today, no refund has been returned to my bank. The reservation was originally made with the email address jeuriel***[email protected], and I later reported the issue and updated my contact email with you to lourde***[email protected]. I previously contacted Booking.com about this problem months ago and submitted a complaint, but I did not receive any answer, solution, or clear information about my refund. This long delay and complete lack of communication and customer service are unacceptable, especially considering how long I have been waiting without any progress. I am requesting a full refund of 339.15 USD to my TD Bank card for this reservation, as the hotel conditions were not as presented and we were unable to stay there. I urgently ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible without any further delay. I also expect an immediate, clear written response explaining why the refund has taken so long, what decision has been made on my case, and when exactly the refund will reach my bank.
