We rented a car through Booking.com with a 1000 Euro deposit. Despite returning the car on time, it’s now been three months, and the deposit still hasn’t been refunded. Attempts to reach customer service have been frustrating—calls go unanswered, and each time we’re told it’s “with accounting,” which appears to be an empty promise. This has been an exhausting ordeal, and I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency and support. Booking.com, please prioritize resolving this issue and returning our deposit without further delays.
