On July 5, I made a reservation for Europa Royale Bucharest through Booking.com for 5 nights in September at a price of 608.16 lei (approximately ₺4300) with instant confirmation. I received confirmation messages and emails, and the reservation still appears confirmed. However, when I contacted the hotel, they requested 600 euros instead of lei! This is completely misleading and causes inconvenience to customers. What would have happened if I had not contacted them after receiving my confirmation? Additionally, it has been over 24 hours, and no representative from Booking.com has contacted me to provide any information. There is no one to talk to in person on their website's help center page except for the bot menu. The hotel stated, "there was a mistake, and we have informed Booking.com." Okay, but what about my inconvenience? I made numerous plans and calculated my expenses based on this. I urgently request that my inconvenience be addressed.
