Booking.com Customer Service Refused to Compensate Missed Flight
I am very dissatisfied with Booking.com. I missed my flight by just 45 minutes, and they didn't let me board or offer any assistance. I was also unhappy with their customer service. When I tried to discuss the issue, they brushed me off.
They ended the conversation with "Have a nice day!" and an exclamation mark, without providing a refund, not even a partial one. I couldn't cancel my flight on their website, as there was no cancellation option available. I can't understand how I encountered such a frustrating situation.
