Booking.com Credit Card Payment Process Is Not Secure

I have a pension listed on booking.com. They gather payments from guests and provide us with a virtual card as compensation. After that, we proceed to collect the accommodation fee. Recently, when I attempted to collect payment once more, I encountered an error message indicating that the card limit was insufficient. They subtracted 71 Euros from the 89 Euro reservation. Upon contacting booking.com, I discovered that unauthorized payments had been made from this virtual card by other individuals. Every time a guest checks out, I make sure to access the virtual card details by entering the system with a password and confirming it with my mobile phone. There were some transactions made from this card a couple of weeks ago. It's surprising that there are professionals who can access the virtual cards created by booking.com and process payments. If they had managed to get the card details from my panel, they would have processed payments for bigger bookings. It seems that they managed to get hold of virtual credit card information through the Booking system, as they only took 71 euros. I insist on avoiding a recurrence of this situation. However, at the moment, I am unable to collect the accommodation fee. The individuals who acquired the card absconded with a sum of 71 euros. Booking.com also collected its commission. Thank you, Booking.com, for the unfortunate incident involving our virtual cards...
