Booking.com Car Rental Refund Issue

We booked a car through Booking.com, but unfortunately, our flight got canceled. Unfortunately, we arrived a day later and encountered the disappointment of being unable to pick up the car or receive a refund. We had a truly awful day at the airport, spending nearly the entire day there. It was unfortunate that the flight got canceled, resulting in the loss of a day upon our arrival. However, the circumstances were beyond our control.
