Booking.com App Shows Higher Price Than Website for Same Hotel Dates

I am a registered Booking.com member and recently downloaded the app to make reservations. While searching for Santa Barbara Hotel in Milan for the dates August 29 – September 1, 2025, I noticed a troubling inconsistency in pricing.

On the Booking.com mobile app (logged in as a member), the hotel price was listed as ₺14,638. However, when I checked the same hotel and dates on the Booking.com website without logging in, the price was ₺13,467. I have saved screenshots of both listings as proof.

This discrepancy left me with the impression that Booking.com charges its own members higher prices, which is both disappointing and damaging to customer trust. After seeing this, I decided not to proceed with the booking at all.

As a loyal customer, I expect a clear explanation of why members are shown inflated prices, an apology for this experience, and most importantly, the correct price adjustment so that I can book with confidence.

Booking.com should not penalize its members with higher rates. I ask the company to review its pricing system, ensure transparency, and provide me with the fair rate of ₺13,467 that was visible on the public site.
