Booked A Hotel But Not Resolved Refund Now!!

I made a reservation via Booking.com for JHJ Hotel in New York, with check-out on 30 June. At check-out, I was charged an unexpected extra 90 USD under the name of “extra fees.” This charge was not clearly shown or stated to me during the booking process on Booking.com, and I only became aware of it when I was paying at the hotel. I am requesting a full refund of this additional 90 USD, as I believe it should have been transparently presented at the time of booking, not added later at check-out. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and that the unjust extra fee be refunded to me.
