Warranty Refusal on BMW 520i M Sport Air Conditioning

On May 31, 2023, I became the proud owner of a BMW 520i Msport. I enjoyed it in Istanbul and even took a couple of trips to Marmaris. My second visit to Marmaris was on July 25, 2023. After a pleasant 20 days there, my car's air conditioner began acting up—no cooling and a disturbing noise. It was even worse during hot weather. Despite cranking the air conditioner's power to the max and setting it to 16 degrees, it barely made a difference. I returned to Istanbul on August 25, 2023, and since then, my BMW has been kept safely in a closed garage. I decided to reach out to Kosifler Oto, who scheduled an appointment for September 18, 2023. Eager to address the issue sooner, I reached out to Trend Auto BMW authorized service through an acquaintance. During the service appointment, I emphasized the problem and requested my car to stay for 1 or 2 days. However, they surprised me by calling just 2 hours later, stating that the car was ready, and the bill amounted to 3,922.04 tl. The car had been exposed to a dusty environment, the filter was clogged, and it needed air conditioning maintenance, which apparently wasn't covered by the warranty. Here's where the concerns pile up: First, my 3-month-old BMW was left in a garage in Marmaris—what kind of dust could have affected it there? Second, the repair was executed without notifying me about the cost, and when I raised objections, they suggested removing the old parts, even though another BMW owner with the same issue wasn't charged. Third, what exactly is covered by the warranty? Do I need to chauffeur it around even when I'm not driving it? I own two other cars, and neither has faced this issue in three years. To make matters more frustrating, I've owned two previous BMWs without encountering such problems. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and refunding the payment.
