The BMW 520 I bought in November 2022 has cracked the glass for the 3rd time in 1 year. I had my first glass change and my second glass change at Kosifler Auto. Since I only used my car for intercity trips, 1 month after the replacement, while going to Edirne, the windshield of the vehicle suddenly cracked in a straight line from the top right to the center. Before taking my vehicle to the Kosifler company, I took it to a different glass replacement center and as a result of the technical examination, when I took my vehicle to the Kosifler company regarding the issue, they stated that there were no stone impact marks on the crack and that I should discuss the issue with Kosifler and request a glass replacement from the warranty. They wanted me to. However, when I took my vehicle to the dealers, they stated that such a change was not possible and that it should be replaced with a new one for a fee. I thank them for their insensitivity. I would advise my friends who will take their vehicles to Kosifler company to be careful. The problem with the glass is probably due to tempering during the production process or a piece of glass remaining in the upper frame area where the cracking started during the previous change.
