My BMW 1.18i Windshield Trim Is Cracking BMW Must Replace It
I am incredibly frustrated with my BMW 1.18i! The front windshield trim (weatherstripping) on my car is cracking, and it's absolutely unacceptable. I've done some research and discovered that this is a known, chronic issue with BMW vehicles, clearly not caused by user error.
What's even more infuriating is that I've learned BMW has been replacing these cracked trims for free for other customers, standing behind their product for a known defect. So why am I being forced to deal with this?
This is a clear manufacturing flaw that BMW needs to take responsibility for. I am demanding that the BMW authorized service center in İzmir replace my front windshield trim at no cost to me. My car shouldn't be falling apart due to a widespread defect that BMW is already aware of and fixing for others. BMW, stand by your product and fix this trim issue now!
