BMW Software Nightmare: Engine Light Fixed, Breakdown Again!

On October 13, 2023, our 2015 model car, which hit the roads in 2016, had its engine light repaired by Cekmekoy authorized service. However, on November 3, 2023, the same problem arose, and we returned it to service. During the eight days, discussions with the Cekmeköy service revealed that they were unable to perform the software update, claiming that someone from Borusan was required to do so. Despite assurances, no resolution has been reached, and reaching anyone at Borusan service is impossible. We received the car and were assured it was in working order, but it is now reported as non-functional. Urgent action is required to resolve the BMW software issue and get our car back on the road.
