Disappointing BMW Prime Service Experience

Hello, I took my vehicle to Istanbul Auto, the authorized BMW service, and requested repairs covered by insurance. My vehicle remained there for approximately 45 days, but the repairs were not done correctly. I paid 163,000 TL plus an additional 8,000 TL. However, they haven't addressed the ongoing issues with my vehicle. After the supposed repair, my vehicle experienced sudden malfunctions, the lights malfunctioned, the bumper overheated, and the right two doors were not properly repaired – even though I paid for them. The screwdriver marks are still visible, and there is a noise when fully opening the door. When I complained, they were unresponsive. So, I made a video complaint on bilgi.com, and four days later, I received a call from Istanbul Auto. They claimed to have a lawyer and threatened me, asking me to remove the complaint. I refused, and we couldn't come to an agreement. They insisted that they wouldn't address the issues, so I filed a complaint with Borusan, but I haven't received any results. I am a victim in this situation, and I have videos and documents as evidence. Unfortunately, no one has been able to assist me in resolving this matter. Can you please help me seek a resolution? I kindly request your assistance.
