BMW Prime Plus Charging Fees Despite Expired Car Wash Code

Two months ago, I encountered an issue with BMW Prime Plus failing to remove an expired car wash code. Since then, I have been charged the Prime membership fee while also paying separately for every car wash. Despite calling customer service over 50 times, I keep getting the same response: "We are removing the code; it will be resolved within 15 minutes." Yet, two months have passed, and the issue remains unresolved.

This ongoing problem is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a brand like BMW. It’s shocking that such a large company cannot resolve a simple issue or provide competent support. I expect an immediate resolution and compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs I’ve endured.
