BMW 5.20i 2017 Door Handle Plastic Melted and Peeled Off Needs a Solution

I'm really surprised to see that the plastic part of the door handle on my 2017 BMW 5.20i has melted and begun to peel off. This is not what I expect from a brand that prides itself on quality and durability. Considering the brand's standing, it's clear that BMW ought to acknowledge this issue and provide a resolution for those impacted.
