I own a 2015 BMW 1.18i Joy Plus with only 82,000 kilometers on it, yet the front seal has already deteriorated significantly. This is clearly not due to any user-related cause but rather a manufacturing defect. I am requesting BMW’s assistance to rectify this issue and replace the faulty part. A premium brand like BMW should not experience such issues with the vehicle’s quality so early on.
