BMW E87 116i's Chronic Water Leak Problems

Hello, I have a 2008 model BMW E87 116i Premium brand vehicle with 89 thousand km. I bought the vehicle new from Borusan Oto İstinye/Türkiye. The vehicle has no accidents or changes. There are 2 chronic problems in my vehicle. First problem: I read on forums that the vehicle has a chronic problem with the water drainage in the windshield wick or front pillars, a situation that happens to many 1 series BMW users. When it rains heavily or when I wash my car, water gets in from the right front pillar and under the right door, and sometimes a small amount of water gets in from the left front pillar. While the leakage was moderate before for about 10 years (maybe more), it has increased considerably in the last 2-3 years. So much so that the inner upholstery of the right front pillar is completely wet, there is some wetness towards the headliner, at the right front passenger foot end, water accumulates both on the mat and the upholstery under the mat is completely wet and there is a puddle. There are a lot of cables and fuses in the glove compartment in the back, due to this situation, the vehicle gives a lamp failure warning in heavy rainy weather or when it is washed because it gets water. I do not get the warning when there is no rain in very hot weather in summer, everything works properly, when it gets water in torrential rain, it gives a malfunction warning for all lamps (low beam, high beam, signal, rear stops), but all lamps work properly, only when it gets water, the signals flash fast when it gives a warning. Second problem: The vehicle gets water from the right rear taillight, a situation that has existed since I first bought it. Again, the vehicle gets water in heavy rainy weather or when the snow accumulates and melts on the snow, or when the vehicles passing by the roadside while parked throw water towards the rear right stop. Since the parking sensor brain is on the right rear fender, it malfunctions when it gets water, the parking sensors do not work and give an error. The service center has revised the parking sensor brain several times, but when the vehicle gets water from the right rear stop area, it gives various electronic/electrical errors on the computer screen in an absurd way. It is really sad to experience these problems in the vehicle of BMW, a premium brand. I am tired of dealing with these 2 problems for years, I want BMW officials to solve the problem.
