When I checked the oil level on my 2016 BMW 320i ed, which has been serviced exclusively at authorized centers, the oil dipstick broke and part of it fell into the oil pan. Concerned, I contacted BMW’s customer service at 444 22 99 to ask if it was safe to drive. They advised me to bring the vehicle to the service center, so I took it to Borusan Oto İstinye. After inspection, I was informed that they would need to remove the oil pan to retrieve the dipstick piece, and there would be a charge for this service. After some research, I discovered that this issue seems to be a recurring problem with this model. I am requesting BMW’s immediate attention to this defect, as it is a common issue and should be addressed without additional cost to the owner. Thank you for your assistance.
