BMW F30 320d Horn Issue Due to Faulty Z Spiral – Seeking Support for Known Problem

I own a 2013 BMW F30 320d, which has been maintained solely by Borusan and has never been serviced outside of an authorized center. Recently, the horn stopped working, and when I consulted a service advisor, they diagnosed it as a “z spiral” issue—a known problem in many F30 models that requires replacement. Based on my research, this is a widespread and chronic issue for the BMW F30 series. Given that this is a recurring defect in these models, I am reaching out to BMW for support to address this problem.
