BMW 1.16d Front Windshield Seal Melting, Rear Taillight Malfunction, and Gear Knob Peeling

I took my 2013 BMW 116d to Borusan Çayyolu Service on October 19, 2023, due to deformations and issues with the vehicle. After inspecting the car, they found that the front windshield seal had melted, the rear right LED taillights had significantly dimmed, and there were peeling issues with the gear lever knob. However, they informed me that they couldn't assist with free replacements. I bought the car with trust in the BMW brand, and I'm disappointed by this experience. It's evident that many owners of the same model are facing similar issues. I've seen that BMW has resolved most of these complaints. My request to the responsible parties is to promptly address the problems and deformations in my car free of charge.

I was called by a BMW employee on 20.10.2023. Complaint information verification was done. I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the headquarters and that I would be called again by customer service. That was the extent of the conversation. No one has called for a solution. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for 4 days.
